Morton Portable Glass Shop

Morton Portable Glass Shop
The Morton System makes cutting and breaking a lot easier, with more professional results. We use Morton System tools everyday in the shop, as well as in all of our classes.

The Portable Glass Shop is a staple, allowing us to get as-close-to-perfect strips and angles as possible. We use it for borders, box sides, lampshades, southwest geometric style patterns, clocks, kaleidoscope patterns, and lots more!

Diamonds or Angles not coming out even: Make sure you measure and cut your sides exactly parallel before setting up for your angles. This is the main reason the angles come out wrong.

Another reason cuts come out wrong is you may lean to the left or right when scoring the glass. This will result in a wider or narrower size than intended. Try to stay completely perpendicular to the glass as you score. More tips to come ...
